Located in Medford, NJ, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing vital food assistance specifically for individuals experiencing dysphagia. We understand the challenges faced by those in our community with swallowing difficulties and strive to ensure they have access to essential resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to equip low-income individuals with the necessary support to maintain their health and well-being, ensuring that nutritional needs are met with care and practicality.
