Esra Aslan, MS, MHC, LC, has dedicated over twelve years to enriching her expertise in the field of psychology. As an honors student at the University of Bridgeport, she laid the foundation for her passion in general psychology, further enhanced through rigorous coursework at Yale University. Esra went on to earn her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in Illinois, followed by a rewarding five-year tenure as a Mental Health Counselor in a hospital setting. Combining various therapeutic techniques, she embraces a holistic approach in her practice. Her pride and joy stem from witnessing the success stories of her clients as they implement transformative theories and strategies into their lives. Esra’s mission is to assist her clients in discovering the pathways that best suit their unique needs, emphasizing the importance of self-love and acceptance regardless of trauma or hardship.
