Cancer Thriving and Surviving (CTS)

Cancer Thriving and Surviving (CTS) in Marlton, NJ, is dedicated to supporting individuals who have completed cancer treatments and their caregivers through transformative workshops. Over the course of six weeks, participants engage in 2 1/2 hour weekly sessions that cover a range of essential topics, including effective strategies for managing frustration, fatigue, pain, and the isolation often felt during recovery. Our program focuses on enhancing physical wellness with exercises tailored to improve flexibility and endurance, while also addressing the emotional challenges of living with uncertainty. Participants learn to navigate decisions about treatment and complementary therapies, communicate effectively with loved ones and healthcare providers, focus on nutrition, and set personal priorities.
