Ashley Egleston, a licensed professional counselor, LPC, LCADC, NCC, and SAC, understands that making change is a crucial component of the counseling process. She believes that motivation is the driving force behind change, and with motivation comes the strength to overcome challenges. Ashley specializes in addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, abuse, crisis, and substance use, always focused on helping clients discover and harness their inner resilience. She is trained in EMDR and is in the process of becoming certified in Sand Tray Therapy, further expanding her therapeutic toolkit. With years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, both in school settings and agencies, Ashley tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. As the owner of Inner Strength Counseling Center, she is dedicated to guiding others on their journey to self-discovery, empowering them to explore and utilize their inherent strengths for personal growth and transformation.
