Caitlyn Burns is a Licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapist who specializes in providing relational and systemic therapy for individuals, intimate partners, and families seeking guidance and support through life's challenges. Her practice encompasses a wide array of therapeutic methods, including couples therapy, play therapy with young children, conflict resolution, communication enhancement, sibling dynamics, and support for personal struggles. With a collaborative approach, Caitlyn develops tailored strategies to improve clients' well-being, encouraging them to explore their unique contexts and stories to ensure a fulfilling life. Her main mission is to assist clients in achieving a happier, less stressful existence. Continuously advancing her training and skill set, Caitlyn brings extensive experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum, as well as specific knowledge in assisting children, partners, and families.
