Offering valuable insights and resources, Hearts & Minds empowers participants with goal-setting strategies and exercise and food journals to support their journey toward a healthier lifestyle. We are committed to providing this program free of charge to facilities and groups throughout the state, fostering a sense of community and support for mental wellness.
