Partnerships for Healthy Living Program

Partnerships for Healthy Living Program is dedicated to serving individuals in Little Falls, NJ, particularly in Passaic and Bergen Counties, who are impacted by HIV/AIDS. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for those affected and to mitigate the spread of the virus through comprehensive support services. We provide HIV/AIDS testing, prevention education, and vital rehabilitation services, alongside emergency assistance that includes shelter and access to food, detox referrals, and medical care. We prioritize reaching those who are often overlooked, including homeless individuals and those disconnected from traditional care networks. Our clients include many women, a significant portion of whom face the dual challenges of commercial sex work and substance abuse. With a focus on compassion and practicality, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our community members.
