Michele Inzelbuch, LCSW, LCADC, is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist who passionately aids individuals from military backgrounds, law enforcement, and first responders in their pursuit of healthy living. She firmly believes that everyone can discover their own path to success and attain self-acceptance, long-term sobriety, and transformative beliefs and behaviors. Those grappling with mental health and addiction issues often feel isolated and misunderstood, having lost vital support systems over time. However, under Michele's compassionate care, individuals find solace in her individualized counseling approach, allowing them to openly discuss their thoughts and worries while acquiring healthy coping strategies. Michele is well-versed in various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and 12-step based treatment, which empowers her clients to accept their past and present circumstances while envisioning a meaningful and empowered future. Additionally, she is skilled in EMDR therapy. With over 15 years of experience supporting individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges, Michele holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Pace University and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Monmouth University, further underscoring her commitment to helping those in need.
