Cancer Thriving and Surviving (CTS)

Cancer Thriving and Surviving (CTS) is dedicated to empowering individuals in Lawrence Township, NJ, who have completed cancer treatments and their caregivers through a supportive workshop format. Over the course of six weeks, participants come together for 2 1/2 hours each week to explore essential topics such as coping with frustration, fatigue, pain, and the uncertainties of post-treatment life. Our workshops focus on practical techniques for enhancing well-being, including exercises to regain flexibility and endurance, strategies for effective communication with family, friends, and healthcare providers, as well as nutritional guidance and decision-making regarding treatment options.
