MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Lakewood, NJ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and has access to tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options, including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans also have access to the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, as well as options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need additional assistance.
