Transitional Housing

Located in Lakewood, NJ, Transitional Housing is dedicated to empowering individuals and families through comprehensive support services aimed at fostering self-sufficiency. We understand the challenges of transitioning to independent living, and our program offers personalized goal-setting and a robust plan designed to meet each participant's unique needs. Our services include weekly case management sessions, parenting education, budgeting workshops, and nutrition guidance, alongside essential job readiness training such as resume writing and interview skills. We also assist with scholarship applications to further educational opportunities. To support emotional well-being, we provide individual and family counseling, domestic violence support groups, and specialized therapeutic programs for children and teens, including art classes, tutoring, and play therapy. Partnering with Big Brother/Big Sister, we strive to build strong, supportive connections within the community, ensuring every participant feels valued and equipped for the future.
