Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Hackettstown, NJ, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our unique virtual drop-in sessions create a welcoming environment where participants can share meals with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners who are on their journey to becoming certified specialists. With four meal support times available each day, participants can join as many sessions as they wish, aligning with their personal schedules. We prioritize creating a safe space for nourishment and community support, focused on promoting healing through collective meals and understanding.
