Kiarra (kiki) Baldassari

Kiarra Baldassari, LAC, is a compassionate counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges. She recognizes the courage it takes to seek help and specializes in treating children, adolescents, and adults who are grappling with anxiety disorders, stress management, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and serving the LGBTQ community. With expertise in sports performance and learning disabilities, Kiarra employs evidence-based practices to enhance her clients' overall functioning in various areas of life, including social and personal relationships, educational settings, workplace dynamics, and family interactions. Kiarra earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Education degree from Providence College. Continuing her education at Caldwell University, she obtained a Post-Master’s Counseling degree and focused on Aaron T. Beck’s CBT model, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), and Family Therapy. She believes that everyone deserves hope, guidance, and empowerment through practical tools and techniques that foster positive growth. Kiarra is committed to making therapy a healing and transformative experience tailored for everyone.
