Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program, located in Garfield, NJ, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are in outpatient care for eating disorders. We offer a compassionate and structured environment through our live, virtual drop-in group meals, fostering a safe space for those in recovery to enjoy nutritious meals together. Our program features daily meal support sessions, with flexible options available four times a day, allowing participants to join as their schedule permits. These sessions are expertly facilitated by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their journey to obtain CNS certification. While we focus on meal support, please note that our program is not equipped for crisis intervention; for urgent needs, we encourage reaching out via text or call to appropriate emergency services.
