MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in Freehold, NJ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that each Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and has access to comprehensive weight management resources that align with their unique needs. We offer a variety of options, including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and innovative TeleMOVE! in-home messaging to foster personal accountability. For those who prefer to self-manage, our MOVE! Coach mobile app provides guidance at their fingertips. Additionally, we address more severe weight-related challenges with medical solutions, including weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who require further assistance.
