Ryan White Program

Zufall Health’s Ryan White Program in Flemington, NJ is dedicated to providing comprehensive and culturally sensitive HIV/AIDS services to ensure that individuals receive the care they need at the earliest opportunity. We focus on improving the health of our patients while minimizing the risk of HIV transmission within the community. Our offerings include free and confidential HIV counseling and testing, early intervention services, and access to specialized medical care from an on-site infectious disease physician. In addition, we provide personalized medical case management, targeted oral health care, clinical pharmacy services, and essential behavioral and mental health support. We also offer nutrition counseling, transportation assistance, and outreach and education programs that connect individuals to vital social services addressing housing, financial challenges, substance use, and legal needs. Supported by the Ryan White Care Act, our program ensures care for eligible individuals regardless of insurance status, providing our services without any co-pays or fees, thus fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all.
