Nancy Martin, LCSW, is a dedicated clinical social worker with over 27 years of experience in private practice. Before establishing her practice, she contributed significantly to the outpatient department at Morristown Memorial Hospital, where she worked with clients facing the challenges of sexual abuse and trauma. With over 20 years of mindfulness meditation practice, Nancy has cultivated a profound capacity to facilitate healing through presence, offering clients an inviting space for growth. She believes that through love and self-acceptance, individuals can achieve wholeness. Specializing in anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, stress management, grief, and trauma, she employs a diverse range of therapeutic approaches including Compassion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Trauma Focused Therapy.
