Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Elizabethport, NJ, specializes in providing free, accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating outpatient care for eating disorders. Our program offers live, virtual group meal sessions that create a safe and supportive environment for participants to enjoy nourishing meals together while receiving guidance from nutrition practitioners currently in training for their CNS certification. With meal support available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can choose to attend as many sessions as fit their schedules, ensuring they have the necessary support on their recovery journey. Please note that while we are here to assist with meal-related needs, this program does not serve as urgent care or crisis support.
