Cancer Transitions is a dedicated program based in East Orange, NJ, designed specifically for cancer survivors who have completed treatment, ideally within the last 24 months, though it welcomes and supports all survivors at any stage of their journey. Our mission is to empower survivors through a comprehensive approach that includes nutritional support, personalized exercise plans, emotional health education, and essential medical management guidance. We understand the challenges that come after treatment and are committed to providing the resources and support needed to foster a healthier, more fulfilling life beyond cancer.
