Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC)

Based in East Orange, NJ, the Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors who may be at risk of moving into nursing facilities. We understand the importance of keeping loved ones in their homes, surrounded by family, friends, and community. JACC offers a comprehensive range of vital in-home services, including respite care, home health aide support, environmental accessibility modifications, personal emergency response systems (PERS), and home-delivered meal services. Additionally, we provide transportation, chore services, and access to both social adult day care and adult day health services, along with special medical equipment and supplies. Our mission is to ensure that seniors receive the compassionate care they need while empowering their existing support networks.
