HIV Primary Care Services Program

The HIV Primary Care Services Program, part of the Eric B. Chandler Health Center in East Brunswick, NJ, is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care for individuals living with HIV. Our team, consisting of experienced physicians certified in Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine, offers essential outpatient services, ensuring ongoing support for each patient, including during hospitalizations if needed. We are committed to promoting health and well-being through a wide array of services, including rapid free HIV testing, prevention education, medical case management, adherence counseling, and psychosocial support. Our program also facilitates nutrition services, social services, financial eligibility assistance, and support groups, all designed to empower our community members. For those who are uninsured or not eligible for Medicaid or Medicare, we offer our primary and preventive health and dental services on a sliding fee scale, tailored to individual income and family size, ensuring that quality care is accessible to everyone in need.
