Leonel Levi Matos

Leonel Levi Matos is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and therapist, holding LCSW and LCADC credentials. He specializes in helping individuals of all ages, from preteens to elders, navigate the complexities of mood disorders, family conflict, and trauma-related challenges. Leonel recognizes that many individuals may feel confused, unmotivated, or distracted, often due to underlying conflicts that impede their progress towards personal goals. With his expertise in mindfulness-based approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, he equips clients with the tools necessary to cultivate self-awareness and empowerment. Having spent four years on the Child Study team and five years in an inpatient program, Leonel is deeply committed to guiding his clients through life’s obstacles.
