Jill Worrall is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, holding an MSW and LSW, with a robust background in behavioral health spanning over 18 years. She is passionate about supporting individuals of all ages, from preteens and children to teens, adults, and elders. Jill’s therapeutic approach is holistic, recognizing the unique qualities of each person while focusing on the areas they wish to address. With expertise in various therapy types including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Positive Psychology, and Family Therapy, she creates trusting and respectful relationships that encourage client growth. Jill’s experience includes helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, parenting issues, stress management, life transitions, and relationship dynamics.
