Ilana Hecht, an accomplished Art Therapist with a Master's in Social Work (MSW) and a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), specializes in supporting individuals across various age groups, from preteens to seniors, who encounter emotional and behavioral challenges that influence their daily well-being. Her expertise covers a vast range of issues, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, relationship difficulties, learning disabilities, and bereavement—all significant life stressors that she can help alleviate. Utilizing a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach, Ilana guides her clients to enhance their self-awareness, enabling them to replace self-defeating thoughts and behaviors with empowering new coping skills that foster a sense of accomplishment and joy.
