Dr. Allison Smith is a dedicated Marriage & Family Therapist, PhD, LMFT, IMFT, and LCSW who specializes in supporting adults through their mental health journeys. With a passion for helping individuals improve their mental health, manage anxiety, alleviate depression, and navigate relationship and family stress, Dr. Smith provides insights and coping skills that empower clients to live authentically according to their values.
