Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP)

The Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) in Clifton, NJ, is dedicated to supporting families in need by providing essential baby supplies and non-perishable food kits designed to meet the immediate needs of the community's most vulnerable populations. Our services include baby formula, diapers, wipes, limited clothing for infants and toddlers, and food assistance designed to feed a family of four for several days. With a strong commitment to health and safety, NAP aims to create a lasting positive impact on the lives of those we serve. Families eligible for our assistance must have an open case with Passaic County's Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P), Circle of Care CMO, or other family services agencies. To ensure fairness and sustainability, requests are limited to one every three weeks. We encourage families to reach out for support through our application process, and our dedicated staff will respond promptly to confirm requests.
