Diana Cofsky is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health. A lifelong resident of South Jersey, she received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from La Salle University in Philadelphia. Diana has a diverse background in addiction and mental health, having worked across various levels of care, including inpatient residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings. Her client-centered approach incorporates an array of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy. She strongly believes in the mind/body connection and offers guided imagery as part of her therapy sessions.
