HealthEASE, based in Clementon, NJ, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of older adults by providing comprehensive health promotion and disease prevention services. Our mission is to empower seniors across the health spectrum, from those enjoying good health to those managing multiple chronic conditions. We offer a range of engaging programs, including exercise classes designed to improve flexibility, balance, and stamina, nutritional guidance, and education on important health issues such as osteoporosis, medication management, cardiovascular health, cognitive skills, fall prevention, and women's health. Our signature Move Today classes consist of non-aerobic exercises tailored to various fitness levels, allowing participants to engage comfortably while focusing on their health goals. Led by trained peer leaders, these classes foster community support and are delivered in a welcoming environment, ensuring older adults have the resources they need to live healthier, more independent lives.
