Leah Birchler

Leah Birchler is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. She specializes in supporting preteens, teens, and adults who face challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, and low self-esteem. Leah possesses a wealth of expertise in assisting women and couples grappling with infertility, multiple miscarriages, and family planning. She adopts a person-centered approach, believing that each individual is the expert of their own life, capable of empowering themselves to change thoughts and behaviors for improved emotional wellness. With her eclectic perspective, Leah seamlessly incorporates relaxation techniques and guided meditation into her practice. Holding a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and being certified as a K-12 Substance Awareness Coordinator, she brings extensive knowledge to her sessions.
