Cooper’s Early Intervention Program (EIP) in Camden, NJ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals impacted by HIV through comprehensive medical care and a range of supportive services. Our mission prioritizes accessibility, ensuring that quality care is available regardless of financial circumstances. We offer medical care, case management, behavioral health support, addiction counseling, nutritional guidance, legal assistance, and participation in research studies. Our Screening, Identification, and Linkage to Care (SILC) services connect patients with essential resources, while our health self-management program and support groups foster a sense of community and empowerment. Join our Women’s Support Group every third Wednesday at noon or the Men’s Support Group on the fourth Tuesday at 5 p.m. for continued support and connection. Together, we strive to create a healthier future for everyone in our community.
