Ryan White Program

Zufall Health’s Ryan White Program in Caldwell, NJ, is dedicated to providing compassionate and culturally sensitive services for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Our mission is to facilitate early access to high-quality care, minimizing health risks and reducing the spread of infection. We offer a comprehensive range of services including free and confidential HIV counseling and testing, early intervention, individualized medical case management, and access to an on-site infectious disease physician. Our program also extends to essential services such as dental and oral health care, nutrition counseling, behavioral and mental health support, as well as transportation assistance. We are committed to ensuring that all eligible individuals receive the care they need, regardless of their insurance status, supported by Ryan White Care Act funding. At Zufall Health, we believe in equitable health outcomes for all and strive to connect our patients with vital social services to address housing, financial challenges, and more, enhancing their overall well-being in the Caldwell community.
