Y Diabetes Prevention Program

Rooted in the prestigious research of the National Institutes of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, this program has demonstrated a 58% reduction in the onset of diabetes through lifestyle changes. Participants engage in 16 interactive sessions led by trained lifestyle coaches in a supportive small group setting, focusing on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and motivation.
