NAMI Hearts & Minds in Brick, NJ, is dedicated to promoting the overall wellness of individuals living with mental illness through an engaging, hour-long live presentation. Our program emphasizes the importance of both inner and outer wellness, providing valuable information on medical self-advocacy, smoking cessation, addiction management, healthy eating, exercise, and diabetes awareness. We believe that knowledge is power, and our mission is to raise awareness and cultivate healthier lifestyles for participants. Offered free of charge to facilities and groups throughout New Jersey, Hearts & Minds includes practical tools such as goal setting and exercise and food journals, encouraging sustainable change and personal growth for all attendees.
