Street Smart Outreach

Street Smart Outreach is dedicated to supporting youth and young adults aged 13-21 in Bloomfield, NJ, who are facing homelessness, unsafe living situations, or critical challenges at home. Our mission revolves around identifying vulnerable individuals and addressing their immediate needs through comprehensive services, including food assistance, clothing, blankets, and access to safe shelter. We provide crisis intervention counseling and essential resources such as transportation to various services, referrals to healthcare and social service agencies, and education on HIV/AIDS and safe sex practices. Our outreach counselors are available 24/7, with several bilingual Spanish speakers ready to assist. Whether it’s obtaining vital documents, providing substance abuse information, or helping with job and housing searches, Street Smart Outreach is here to empower youth in navigating their challenges and building a brighter future.
