Anthony Girod

Anthony Girod, LAC, is a dedicated pre-licensed professional with a Master's degree in Counseling and an Education Specialist degree in Professional Counseling from Seton Hall University. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice, along with a minor in Criminology from Rutgers University. Anthony's diverse experience during his graduate internships includes working with clients of various ages and mental health challenges. His time in an intensive outpatient setting emphasized the significance of group therapy and the integration of different treatment methods, enhancing overall treatment outcomes. Passionate about supporting younger clients, Anthony finds joy in assisting the emerging leaders of our world as they navigate their unique journeys. He is devoted to creating an understanding, judgment-free environment that leverages compassion, empathy, and humor to foster a strong counseling relationship, ensuring the success and well-being of those he serves. Outside of his professional endeavors, Anthony enjoys creative writing, golfing, hiking, playing guitar, and woodworking. He is also an avid art lover, particularly fond of film, considering it a successful week if he has had the chance to visit a movie theater.
