Joanne Sullivan Gray, LCSW, JD, is a compassionate therapist dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey toward healing and growth. She understands that challenging and painful times can serve as opportunities for transformation, helping clients cultivate a more peaceful and fulfilling life. With extensive experience in outpatient settings, Joanne has supported many adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Her commitment to her clients is further exemplified through her work as a hospice volunteer, assisting families during end-of-life transitions. Drawing from a diverse skill set, she integrates a myriad of therapy types, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Brainspotting, among others. As a Reiki Master/Teacher, she emphasizes the vital mind/body connection and equips her clients with valuable insights about their internal lives—tools they can carry long after their sessions. Joanne is adept at helping clients navigate overwhelming feelings, encouraging them to tap into their innate strength and wisdom for gracefully managing life’s challenges.
