Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC)

The Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) in Absecon, NJ, is dedicated to empowering seniors at risk of moving to nursing facilities by providing essential in-home support services. Our mission is to enhance the lives of older adults by supplementing the care offered by their family, friends, and neighbors.
