Pace/Life is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors in Spring Lake, NC, through a comprehensive range of essential services that promote independence and dignity. Our interdisciplinary team is committed to ensuring that every participant's needs are met, offering medical care, rehabilitation therapy, transportation, recreational activities, social services, nutrition planning, in-home support, and spiritual care. We aim to create a supportive environment where older adults can thrive. For those eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid or Medicaid alone, there are no out-of-pocket costs, ensuring accessibility to our vital programs. Participants with Medicare who do not qualify for Medicaid will incur a monthly fee, while those without Medicare or Medicaid will also have a monthly fee. We are here to provide practical and compassionate support to our community’s seniors.
