Meal Support Program

Project HEAL
Sanford, NC US
The Meal Support Program in Sanford, NC, is dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, creating a safe and supportive environment for participants to nourish themselves while connecting with others on similar journeys. With meal support sessions available four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can choose the times that fit their schedules best. Each session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program who are working towards their CNS certification. Our mission is to enhance the recovery experience through mindful eating and community support, making it easier for those in treatment to focus on their well-being without the pressure of traditional meal settings. Please note that this program is not a crisis support service; for immediate help, we encourage contacting a crisis hotline or emergency services.
