The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Reidsville, NC, is dedicated to developing future leaders in sustainable food systems, focusing on social, environmental, and economic justice. Through a transformative six-month residential program at the Allegheny Farm, participants gain hands-on experience in organic agriculture, innovative health education, and community engagement. Our Fellows collaborate with local partners to cultivate and distribute diverse crops, enhance food and ecological literacy, and support farmers markets and community gardens. The Fellowship promotes accessibility by eliminating tuition costs and empowers each Fellow to make a real impact through a Community Action Year, working alongside regional non-profits.
