Patricia Hawkins Wells is a compassionate pastoral counselor and therapist, holding multiple credentials including MDiv, PsyD, and certifications as a mental health integrative medicine provider and a telemental health provider. Patricia understands how past experiences can influence present challenges, as feelings, thoughts, and assumptions from childhood often resurface in current situations. She adeptly guides clients in exploring how their past impacts their present issues, while immediately working towards alleviating distress through holistic approaches such as diet, exercise, breathing techniques, aromatherapy, and energy work. With a background as an ordained United Methodist pastor, Patricia is open to integrating faith into the therapeutic process for those who desire it. She specializes in helping individuals cope with anxiety, depression, various forms of trauma, grief, and women's issues.
