Holly Mackin

Holly Mackin is a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist (MA, LMFT, AASECT) with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate their unique challenges. She understands that issues such as marital and premarital conflicts, relationship difficulties, and sexual concerns can create barriers between partners. Through her compassionate approach, Holly believes that everyone can benefit from support and a nonjudgmental perspective to access their best selves. She is open-minded, creative, and understanding, having successfully worked with clients on a variety of issues, including communication challenges, infidelity, depression, anxiety, body image, and trauma. Holly is well-versed in diverse modalities, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR, tailored to meet the needs of teens, adults, and elders. Her commitment to treating unique perspectives covers all aspects of poly, kink, and alternative lifestyles, as well as gender identity. With a focus on creating a safe and respectful environment, Holly partners with clients to address what they identify as important on their journey to healing.
