LiveSTRONG at the YMCA in Mooresville, NC, is dedicated to empowering cancer survivors to achieve a healthier lifestyle and improve their overall well-being through a holistic approach that nurtures the spirit, mind, and body. This transformative program invites participants to engage twice a week in tailored exercise sessions, which include cardiovascular, strength training, and stretching, complemented by meaningful group discussions and goal-setting activities. Our committed team provides expert guidance from certified trainers and fosters a supportive environment where participants can access all YMCA facilities and classes at no cost during the 12-week program. Additional resources include nutrition classes led by a registered dietitian, a LiveSTRONG wristband, a comprehensive guidebook, planner, and journal, along with weekly support discussions.
