Ashton Burdick is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor whose dedication lies in helping individuals reclaim their identities beyond their obligations to others. Many clients come to Ashton feeling exhausted from giving their all, yet still struggling to ask for their own needs. They often experience feelings of resentment towards loved ones due to the lack of support they perceive, compounded by a difficulty in identifying personal requirements.
