Judith Pepper is a skilled clinical social worker and therapist, holding an MSW and LCSW. She has extensive experience in treating Chronic Mental Illness, Substance Abuse, and Co-occurring Diagnoses, as well as addressing Personality Disorders and personal growth and relationship issues. Judith has studied Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based treatment modality that effectively addresses the beliefs and thought patterns developed during early childhood that may be negatively impacting one's quality of life. As a Meditation Instructor, she takes a holistic approach to therapy and is well-versed in Transpersonal Psychology.
