Our Family Support team is committed to offering accurate information and comprehensive assistance at the critical moment of diagnosis. Our program includes parent mentoring, nutritional education, and personalized meal planning, in addition to behavior management support. We also guide families through the application and appeal processes for Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
