The Meal Support Program in Lenoir, NC, offers compassionate and accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 navigating their recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals provide a nurturing environment where participants can share a nutritious meal while receiving peer support and guidance from trained nutrition practitioners actively pursuing their CNS certification. With four daily meal support sessions, including two lunch and two dinner options, we encourage individuals to join us as often as needed to fit their schedules.
