KidneyCare:365, located in Kings Mountain, NC, is dedicated to empowering individuals with essential education about kidney health and kidney disease. Our program is designed for anyone, whether you are newly diagnosed, caring for someone with kidney disease, or preparing for dialysis. Participants will gain critical insights into understanding symptoms and stages of chronic kidney disease (CKD), making nutritious dietary choices, and exploring various treatment options, including home dialysis. We also emphasize the importance of coping strategies and accessing supportive resources.
