Yotaron Enrichment and Resource Center is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions for youth and their families navigating mental health and substance abuse challenges. This center is committed to addressing the unique needs of children, adolescents, and young adults by encouraging them to challenge maladaptive thinking patterns. Through cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused approaches, clients are empowered to improve their behaviors and coping skills. Additionally, the center provides training and coaching for parents aiming to enhance parent-child interactions and alleviate parenting stress. The Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) program is structured into two essential phases: Phase 1 focuses on Relationship Enhancement, where parents learn to foster a supportive communication style and strengthen their bond with their children. Phase 2 emphasizes Child Management, equipping parents with effective discipline techniques and management strategies to promote healthier family dynamics.
