Stacia Marie Harlan is a compassionate counselor dedicated to helping and encouraging others on their healing journeys. Licensed since January 2018, she has an extensive background in individual and family counseling, accumulating four years of experience prior to her licensure. In 2020, she enhanced her skill set through training in EMDR, allowing her to further support those dealing with trauma and PTSD. Stacia integrates various therapy types, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Art Therapy, and Play Therapy, especially when working with younger clients, as she believes that healing can manifest through creative expression and play.
